2. Booking & Payment

•A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
•Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract.
•Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or withholding of services and deliverables.
All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

•Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
•Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
•In the event of photographer illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
All photographs produced by Sarah Jessica Photography, LLC. are protected under United States copyright law.
•Sarah Jessica Photography, LLC. retains full copyright ownership of all images.
•Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
•Images may not be altered, sold, or submitted to third parties without written consent.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of images is strictly prohibited.

5. Model Release

Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients grant Sarah Jessica Photography, LLC permission to use images from their session for:

•Portfolio display
•Website and social media marketing
•Promotional materials
If you wish to opt out of image usage, this must be requested in writing prior to the session.

6. Turnaround Time & Deliverables
•Image delivery timelines will be communicated prior to or during booking.
•Turnaround times may vary depending on project scope and season.
•RAW files are not provided, unless specifically agreed up within contract.

Clients agree to:

•Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
•Communicate expectations clearly prior to the session
•Secure permissions or permits required for chosen locations
Delays caused by the client may reduce shooting time without adjustment to pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability
Sarah Jessica Photography, LLC, is not liable for:

•Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
•Dissatisfaction due to subjective artistic preferences
•Technical failures beyond reasonable prevention
In any event, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the photography services.
