Refund Policy
Effective Date: 30 January 2026
Sarah Jessica Photography is committed to delivering high-quality professional photography services. Due to the nature of photography services, all sales are final except as expressly stated below.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
All payments made to Sarah Jessica Photography are non-refundable once services have been provided, including but not limited to:
•Photography sessions
•Event coverage
•Editing and post-production services
Dissatisfaction based on artistic style, personal preference, or creative interpretation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Deposits & Retainers
•All deposits or retainers are non-refundable and secure the date and time of your session.
•Retainers compensate for lost booking opportunities and preparation time.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

3. Cancellations by Client
•Cancellations made for any reason are subject to the non-refundable policy.
•If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, all payments will be forfeited.
At the sole discretion of Sarah Jessica Photography, a one-time reschedule may be offered, provided sufficient notice is given.

4. Rescheduling
•Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
•Rescheduled sessions must take place within 2 weeks, or longer if agreed upon in writing, of the original session date.
•Retainer will be applied to rescheduled session provided that notice is given 7 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot.
•Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Cancellations by Photographer
If Sarah Jessica Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client will be offered:
•A rescheduled session at no additional cost,
•Replacement Photographer, or
•A full refund of payments made (excluding completed services, if applicable)
This shall be the sole remedy.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
•Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund or credit.
•No-shows forfeit all payments made and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

7. Digital Products & Image Delivery
•All delivered digital images are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
•Requests for refunds after image delivery will not be honored.

8. Force Majeure
Sarah Jessica Photography is not responsible for refunds due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, government restrictions, or venue-related issues. In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or deposits paid. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in immediate termination of services and revocation of image usage rights.

10. Acknowledgment
By booking photography services or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
